1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bmw22 ("bmw22," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bmw22.app. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, content, and products offered through the bmw22 platform.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bmw22 may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

Geographic Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using bmw22 is lawful in your jurisdiction. bmw22 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines. Access from restricted jurisdictions is expressly prohibited.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on bmw22. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. bmw22 employs technical and manual verification procedures to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without prior notice and any associated balances forfeited.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bmw22 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. bmw22 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of bmw22's compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, all players are required to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license), proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. bmw22 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on bmw22 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). bmw22 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrency networks. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits

Deposits are generally credited to your bmw22 account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the selected payment method. bmw22 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network.

bmw22 only accepts deposits made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit may be reversed and the associated wagering activity voided.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Processing times vary by payment method but bmw22 endeavors to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

bmw22 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, bonus wagering requirement fulfillment, or investigation of suspected fraudulent or irregular activity. Withdrawals that remain unclaimed or uncredited due to incorrect payment details provided by the player are the responsibility of the player.

Currency & Conversion

bmw22 maintains all player balances in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion is applied to PHP transactions. If a payment method processes in a different currency, any applicable conversion is handled by your payment provider at their prevailing exchange rate, and bmw22 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bmw22 offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programs to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be published alongside the promotion on the bmw22 platform and shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and any game contribution weightings will be stated in the individual promotion terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms before accepting any bonus. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Bonus Abuse

bmw22 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software or betting systems designed to exploit bonus terms, placing opposing bets to lock in guaranteed profits from bonus funds, or any other strategy that bmw22 determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes exploitation of a promotion. bmw22 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is suspected.

bmw22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. No bonus is guaranteed to any player and eligibility criteria may change at bmw22's discretion.

6 Gameplay & Fair Use

All games available on the bmw22 platform — including slot games, live casino tables, bingo rooms, sports betting markets, and e-sports wagering — are governed by their individual game rules and the overarching fair play standards set by bmw22 and its game providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealer operations, depending on the game type.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and betting markets on bmw22. These limits are displayed within each game interface or market listing. bmw22 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any player account at any time, including in response to patterns of play that suggest risk management concerns or potential manipulation.

Disputed Results

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any dispute regarding a game outcome, bmw22's determination shall be final and binding, subject to the applicable regulatory complaint procedures. Bets placed on cancelled events will be voided and stakes returned. bmw22's decision on all matters relating to game and bet results is final.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, international football, and other events are offered subject to bmw22's sportsbook rules. Odds are subject to change prior to the settlement of a bet. bmw22 reserves the right to suspend, void, or restrict betting on any market at any time, including in cases of suspected match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or official event cancellation or postponement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bmw22 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Opening or operating more than one bmw22 account;
• Using the bmw22 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to access, interact with, or place bets on the bmw22 platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players, bmw22 staff, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bmw22 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface design, trademarks, and trade dress — is the exclusive property of bmw22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bmw22 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bmw22 platform without prior written consent from bmw22.

9 Privacy & Data

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bmw22 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the bmw22 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or system failure.

bmw22's aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from a specific incident shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits bmw22's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

bmw22 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11 Suspension & Termination

bmw22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or irregular activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player;
• Requirement by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive;
• Any other reason that bmw22 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be in the interest of the integrity of the platform or the safety of its players.

Upon closure of your account, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation. bmw22 may withhold funds pending the resolution of any ongoing fraud or compliance investigation.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines. By using bmw22, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bmw22 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes to these Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, bmw22 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the bmw22 platform following the publication of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the bmw22 platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
